Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting an application to the Covver Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Participation in the Program is subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

2. Enrollment

To enroll, you must submit a complete and accurate application through our Affiliate Dashboard. We evaluate applications based on content quality, relevance to our niche (automotive accessories), and promotional methods. We may reject applications from sites that promote violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or contain explicit content.

3. Referral Tracking

We use a referral code system and/or cookies to track sales generated by your promotion.

• Referral Codes: You will be assigned a unique code. When a customer uses this code at checkout, the sale is attributed to you.
• Tracking Cookies: If applicable, tracking cookies are valid for 30 days. The last affiliate link clicked prior to a purchase will receive the credit.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the subtotal of eligible products (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees).

• Commission Rate: Standard rate is 10%. Tiers up to 30% may be available based on performance.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings.
• Minimum Threshold: A minimum balance of $50 is required for payout.
• Refunds: Commissions are not paid on refunded or cancelled orders. If a refund occurs after payment, the amount will be deducted from future earnings.

5. Marketing Guidelines

You agree to promote Covver in a manner consistent with our brand image.

• Approved Assets: You may use the marketing assets provided in the Affiliate Dashboard.
• Prohibited Methods: You may not use spam (email, social media, or comment spam), bidding on our brand keywords (e.g., "Covver" or misspellings) in PPC campaigns, or misleading claims.
• Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., "I may earn a commission...") in compliance with FTC guidelines.

6. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and that your promotional activities will not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. Immediate termination may occur if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm the Covver brand. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our assets and remove all affiliate links.

8. Limitation of Liability

Covver will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your affiliate account. Continued participation in the Program following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
